Do I have to wear a resistance band to class?

No, the workout is still great without a resistance band if you are just wanting to try the class first, however it is best to complete the workout with the resistance band. Personally I find that it provides additional support and all moves are provided with higher and lower options throughout, so you can always choose the lower options throughout the routine.

Do I have to use the Boogie Bands Resistance Band?

No, the boogie bands have been designed specifically for this workout, they do not roll up or down during the movements and they are great quality offering you 3 resistance levels, so you can build up and make the routine harder. However, lots of people already have a set of bands at home and they have been using those in class absolutely fine, although they can ride up or slip down occasionally.
