I am delighted to be taking part in the Health and Wellness event at Soul Solutions to celebrate 21 years in Faversham.
​Amongst many other fantastic sessions in the studio being hosted by other fabulous ladies, on the day I will be hosting a Box n Bounce taster session and a Boogie Bounce taster session. ​
I will be charging just £3 per session and they are open to anyone to attend, customers new and old can come and give the classes a go, current customers can also come along and why not bring a friend with you to give it a try too! ​

We just love a party at Saerobic Fitness. If you are looking for something a bit different for your next party, why not get in touch and let us help you plan a Boogie Bounce party. We can tailor the party to your requirements, this could be a family party, hen do, kids party or anything else. We will happily arrange the decorations and party games or you can do this for yourself. We also offer great value for money, just contact us with your requirements and we will let you know what we can offer.
