Boogie Bounce 

CLASSES IN THE STUDIO

Mondays 7pm

Thursdays 7pm

This 1 hour workout is held on a mini trampoline, a mixture of aerobic and dance moves to some fab and funky tunes.
It’s a high intensity session but it's low impact on joints due to the resistance of the trampoline.
Bouncing is a real joy, that’s why kids love bouncy castles. We don’t get much opportunity to do it as an adult, this is the perfect excuse and it’s a serious workout too.

STUDIO CLASS 

Mondays at 6pm

This 45 minute resistance band class is the perfect way to work those legs, bums and tums.
This workout has a real fun feel and you’ll almost forget you’re working out.
With the easy to follow choreography and higher and lower options throughout its perfect for anyone. 
Classes can also be taken without the resistance bands.

Boogie Bounce Kidz

CLASSES IN THE STUDIO

Thursdays

4.45pm (TERM TIME ONLY)

 

Boogie Bounce Kidz is aimed at children aged 6+. There is something magical about bouncing on trampolines for children and they want to bounce, bounce, bounce all day long to fun funky music.

The sessions are 45 minutes and ensure that the FUN side of fitness is instilled at an early age.
