They offer a great workout that is also easy on the joints due to the resistance of the trampoline mat.
They are also the perfect way to relieve stress, improve your mental health and your physical fitness.
Suitable for all fitness levels and anyone over 14 years.

About Me
I believe that fitness classes should not just provide a great workout but also have that fun factor.
A great workout can leave you buzzing for days and all of the classes I offer do just that.
Exercise is a great way to reduce stress and anxiety and group fitness classes are a great way to meet new people. All of my classes are fully inclusive for all fitness levels and we do our best to accommodate people as much as we can. Please do not hesitate to contact me to discuss any individual requirements that you may have for a session.

I qualified as a dance teacher at the age of 19 and have choregraphed dance routines and shows and taught dance classes for many years before finding Boogie Bounce and falling in love with it in 2019. I've not looked back since.
